Dear customers, in our keenness on your safety and health and in compliance with approved health regulations, we clarify to you the return and exchange policy of the pharmacy: - Return: - The customer has the right to request a return of products within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the products are in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all packaging intact. - The original invoice or proof of purchase must be presented to complete the return process. - Exchange: - Products are exchanged within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that they are in their original condition and unused. - In case of a manufacturing defect, the exchange is done immediately after verifying the condition of the product. - Non-returnable or non-exchangeable products: - Medications and medical preparations that have been opened and used. - Infant formula of all types is not exchanged or returned in accordance with health regulations and consumer protection. - General note: - The pharmacy has the right to refuse the exchange or return request if the mentioned conditions are not met.
